Shipping Information

 

Once your order has been marked as processed, please expect to receive your order within 9 to 14 days. The maximum processing & shipment time is 15 Business Days.

All shipments will be sent via USPS.  You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is marked shipped.

 

P.O. Box Policy : If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please make sure you include the entire address. We will not be responsible for future shipping charges if your package has been returned as undeliverable.

 

​NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Is not currently available.

Unfortunately at this time due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot expedite any orders.

 

SHIPPING CARRIER: A signature is required for most deliveries. Using your best day-time address is advised in order to receive your package as soon as possible. Infinistrands is not responsible for any delays due to carrier, holidays or natural disasters.

 

SHIPPING ON RETURN ITEMS: 

Any items that need to be sent back will require you to pay for return shipping.

At this time, we do not allow returns due to the nature and laws surrounding the sales of our products.  We ask that you reach out directly to us if you are unsatisfied in any way and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any matters.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are processed in the event of the following - 

- Received the wrong hair 

- Hair received is damaged or defective(prior to installation)

You will need to pay for shipping for any hair that is sent back, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item only.

At this time, we do not offer refunds, all sales are final. 

 

Hair Care instructions are provided on all hair extensions to assure customer satisfaction before installing extensions. Once the hair is removed from its original packaging, tags are removed, or hair has been installed, hair extensions can no longer be identified as our product, therefore, absolutely no exchanges or refunds will be honored.
